MAC was founded in Lebanon with a single conviction: that high-quality healthcare should not require a waiting room. Built by a team of physicians, nurses, and operators, we set out to prove that an integrated, technology-enabled care layer could sit on top of any existing health system and make it perform better.
We started with on-site physician visits and a nurse triage hotline. Within two years we had built a mobile app, launched a Digital Health Passport, and deployed corporate dashboards that gave HR teams real visibility into their workforce health for the first time.
Today, MAC serves individuals, corporations, and NGOs across all of Lebanon — and we are actively expanding regionally. Our mission has never changed: accessible, personalised care, delivered where you are.
First healthcare program launched: on-site doctor visits and sick leave management, tracked from day one against days-saved KPIs.
Reduced absenteeism by 35% across client organizations — one of 8 programs MAC has since delivered spanning prevention, chronic care, family support, telehealth, wellness, population health, and COVID control.
